The Scout Executive Committee is made up of a mixture of leaders and parents who meet 3-4 times a year to support the running and administration of the Scout group and the Group Scout Leader. The executive committee aims to make sure that the Scout group has the facilities and resources needed to deliver exciting and challenging Scouting.
They oversee the allocation of group funds, maintain all group equipment and organise fundraising events.
An AGM is held every year to which all parents are invited to attend during which the officers are elected and the financial audit presented. The Executive would welcome any parent wishing to join at any time.
